Our remote/helpdesk support solution,
T-Tech On Call, allows our support representatives the ability to
remotely connect with you, wherever you may be, to help you with your technical concerns. We understand the
importance of having your technology working efficiently at all times, so whether you are experiencing a software
issue, hardware issue, or just require some assistance we are here to help. As long as you have access to the
internet, we will be able to gain access to your computer by providing a six digit code, which you can enter here.
Our typical service schedule is Monday through Friday between the hours of 9AM and 6PM.
