Tony Haddad, Ph.D.

As President and founder of T-Tech Solutions, Tony brings with him over 11 years of IT and Business Leadership experience with numerous professional and manufacturer certifications.

He holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from University of Detroit Mercy, a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Walsh College of Business and Accountancy, and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Business Administration from Warren National University with a dissertation topic of Implementing Effective Leadership in Technology.

His experience and expertise in the area of information technology is what makes him a strong leader, with the ability to drive the technology and business powerhouse, T-Tech Solutions.

He has managed and led numerous small to large scale projects through various divisions of business and technology. He truly provides a full commitment and dedication to each project and client he works with.

Tony is also the owner of Motor City Cigars LLC, an online business and cigar network dedicated to providing deals on premium and top rated cigars.




Jacques Haddad

As Chairman of T-Tech Solutions, Jacques brings with him over 35 years of IT consulting and business leadership experience.

Jacques holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science.

He is the founder and retired president of a Michigan IT organization of 28 years. His determination to provide unique IT and business solutions continues as he joins with T-Tech Solutions in order to provide an even stronger commitment to the industry and his clients.





Julijana Saveski

As the Office Manager of T-Tech Solutions, Julijana brings with her over 4 years of management experience in a multi-tasking, fast-paced, and forward-moving environment.

Julijana oversees the daily operations of our office and technical services department.

Julijana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Oakland University.







TouBee Yang

As an IT consultant at T-Tech Solutions, TouBee brings with him over 10 years of experience in Information Technology and end-user support. He has a vast experience with hands-on repair abilities, support, trouble-shooting, and management of technical services operations.

He is a Comptia A+ Certified technician holding numerous manufacturer certifications and awards. A proven track record and ability to communicate technical languages to end-users and willingness to take on extra responsibilities to get the job done; meeting and exceeding expectations of the client. Joining the organization at the beginning of 2009, TouBee plays a vital role as part of the technology team at T-Tech Solutions.

TouBee is currently working on the completion of his Business Degree and becoming a Microsoft Certified Professional.


Daryl Savage

As a technical services professional at T-Tech Solutions, Daryl brings with him over 6 years experience in providing value added services to end-users. Daryl's mechanical abilities in the automotive field aided in the skills and ability to transfer into the field of Information Technology. Joining the organization in mid-2008, Daryl continues to act as a major role in the technical support team at T-Tech Solutions.

Daryl is currently working on the completion of his Business Degree.


Devin Savage

As a hardware technical support professional at T-Tech Solutions, Devin brings with him 2 years experience in hardware and mechanical repairs and troubleshooting. Joining our organization in mid-2009, Devin provides hardware assistance to our technical support team as he continues to train and develop his technology skills under the mentoring of our team.

Devin is currently working on the completion of his Associates Degree with plans to move on to Bachelors. He is also currently training and taking manufacture certifications.



Toni Gojcaj

As a technical support professional at T-Tech Solutions, Toni Gojcaj brings with him over 4 years experience in hardware and software support and troubleshooting. Joining our organization in the beginning of 2010, Toni has a vast experience in customer service environments and provides a pivotal role to our services and support team .

Toni holds degrees from Macomb Community College and National Institute of Technology. He is currently training and taking manufacture certifications.





Kayhan Dong

As a graphics design professional at T-Tech Solutions, Kayhan brings with him over 5 years experience in balancing style with a clean and crisp look, accompanied by user friendly interfaces. Kayhan became involved in art at a very early age by illustrating his favorite cartoon characters. Throughout the years, he crafted his own design and art style, transferring his hand drawings into custom graphic and web design. Joining our organization in mid-2009, Kayhan adds a key role to our image and web development team by creating custom designs to meet the request of our clients.

Kayhan studied Marketing Art & Design at Middlesex County College in New Jersey.
