T-Tech Solutions LLC is looking to hire an entrepreneurial spirited, exceptional, and results-oriented individual to work within our technology team.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to review SOW and client requests and provide deliverables, documentation, and results.
- Working with multiple clients in a consulting, support, network administration, and IT knowledgebase role.
- Managing daily support of server environments, active directories, policies, backups, reports, anti-virus systems, etc.
- Performing hardware repairs, installations, and migrations of client server environments.
- Reviewing office schematics and layouts for project management and implementation of new office setups, move, and wire jobs
- Providing support to our technical services and helpdesk support departments for scenarios that require Level II support in server or network related issues.
- Provide installation and cut-over services for LAN and Phone vendor services.
- Perform server audits, inspections, reports, and provide documentation for improvement and upgrades.
Requirements will include, but are not limited to:
- Bachelors Degree in Technical Field preferred.
- MCP Required, MCSE Preferred
- Advanced Proficiency and Knowledge in Server and Network, included but not limited to:
- MS Server 2000, 2003, 2008, Small Business
- Exchange 2000, 2003, 2007, 2010
- SQL Server
- AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, IIS, File Server, Print Server, Fax Server, Web Server
Hyper V, Virtual Server Environment
- DAG, Clustering, RAID, Redundancies
- Blackberry Enterprise, Blackberry Server Express
- Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Virtual Private Networks, POE, Wireless Networks
- Advanced Knowledge of Networking for both Data and Phone wiring, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Productivity Applications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
