Monthly Support Agreements

Our clients quickly become accustom to the speediness of our response to issues and concerns. We are available for all clients, on an as-needed basis, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8am to 4pm.

However, we have numerous clients that have elected to enter into a monthly support agreement that provides an even greater level of response time, expanded support hours (before, after-hours, emergency), and discounted or flat rate support costs.

Remote Support

Our remote/helpdesk solution, known as T-Tech On Call, allows our team the ability to remotely connect with you, wherever your may be! We understand the importance of having your technology working efficiently at all times, so whether your are experiencing a software issue, hardware issue, or just require some assistance, we are here to help.

As long as you have access to the internet, we will be able to gain access and assist. Simply download our support tool and provide the ID code shown, and we’ll be connected and working in no time.

Out typical service schedule is Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am and 4pm, however we provide many after-hours support and troubleshooting by appointments.
